Appointments and bookings

An online booking is a request. It becomes confirmed only after our care team acknowledges it by phone, WhatsApp or email. Slots depend on clinic availability and veterinarian schedules.

Please inform us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel so that the slot can be offered to another pet parent.

Veterinary services and fees

Treatment recommendations are made by the attending veterinarian after examining your pet. Fees vary by clinic, service and the diagnostics or medication required, and are shared with you before treatment where practical.

Emergency care is prioritised by clinical urgency rather than arrival order.

Content and intellectual property
